Glamour or Boudoir Photography Gallery

Boudoir is an extremely sensitive area of photography not only in Lexington, KY but everywhere. The client must feel comfortable with the boudoir photographer during the boudoir session. They should have fun but also realize that the boudoir photo session will require a lot of work from them as well. They should have a more than confident feeling of the photographers ability to create boudoir images that are uniquely flattering to the subject matter that both the client and the photographer have agreed to pursue.

Boudoir in the French language is interpreted as meaning Bedroom. Boudoir has now taken on many interpretations. But mainly boudoir photography has been adapted by many photographers interpreting it as photos with a bedroom setting with lingerie, semi nude or nude. The client is the one who chooses the degree of clothing off or on, based on the photographers ability to capture them in the most flattering of poses, lighting and scenarios. It is also completely up to the client whether we can display any of these photos.

One of our real pleasures in photography is working with women who aren't models and making them feel and look like they are.

While boudoir photography is usually associated with romantic bedroom shots, in reality the genre extends to any location that conveys a sense of fantasy or romance. I like describing my boudoir shots as photos that are made with your lover in mind, but you may be embarrassed showing them to your mother. A touch of class but no porn.
